How could you not have a great run with this kind of view!
I will admit, I might hate on ND a little bit, but there is a lot of beauty if you take the time to look around; which running is great for.
Sarah and I are on a real streak for being the most inept selfie-photographers, (which I’m entirely okay with!) This was our attempt at “holding the moon” or was it “pointing at the moon”? probably would have helped if we were on the same page, (meaning me needing to pay better attention).
We were laughing hysterically! I’m sure if anyone had happened upon us they would have ran the other way….it’s all about having a good time and letting the miles just fly by; mission accomplished!
Another great thing about running with someone who is up to lots of mileage and taking the “backroads” you get to commune with nature!
* I’m pretty sure we won’t be winning any photo contests =) We ran into a lot of deer today and it was fun leaving our tracks along side theirs!
I feel like we have been uber productive on our weekends these days; remember that project I had Ryan on the other day?
We have a functional closet!!!!!!!!
Did I mention how much I appreciate having a handy man for a husband? I really do; I’m spoiled.
The last time we went to the Garrison Christmas Festival, my good friend Nina and her family were there with us. We both took a shot at the fruitcake toss and failed miserably…but it was fun having her company and I’ve been missing her tons since she and her family moved back to England. I am a firm believer that everything is better with great friends to share the experience with.
I’m planing on posting a recipe for what to do with your turkey after Thanksgiving.
